Respect

We support the FA's Respect Campaign

The club signed up to the Respect Campaign in 2008 for the following reasons... On average, 7,000 referees quit football every year at because of the abuse they receive from players and from the sidelines.

Lots of children also pack it in because of the attitude and actions of over-enthusiastic and pushy parents.

All our managers are qualified FA coaches and volunteer their skills for children in the local area to enjoy and participate in the sport we love.

Respect in Football

What we can all do for the campaign...

Respect affects the entire game,

and needs your help,

regardless of how you are involved in football.

Whether you are a;
Player
Coach/Manager/Assistant
Referee
Parents or Spectators
Club Officials Club Welfare Officers

The club is linked to Watford Friendly League, Watford Sunday League and Hertfordshire FA who all support the FA's Respect Campaign

Enjoy the season and most of all, have "Fun in Football" !!

How we add Respect...

As a Club

The Club enforces "Codes of Conduct" for players, coaches, managers, parents and spectators, which set the standard for behaviour throughout the club.

Copies of these are available in our handbook which each parent must read and is available on this website.
