Our club is run by volunteers who give their time to enable games of football to happen for teams and it's players

Club Meetings

The club uses meeting for providing and receiving information from within the club and from the FA.
ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO PARENTS

Committee Meetings

These meetings are normally held every two months after training on a Thursday at Holyrood Social Centre.

AGM

The club has to hold an AGM each year to report to its members a financial report of expenditure and the clubs progression.

Role: Provide leadership and direction for the club, Oversee the work of the Club Committee & Chair meetings of the club

Vice Chairman - Richard Dempsey
Role: Support the Chairman, Support all other commmittee members with their roles and be prepared to step into the role if Chairman is absent

Secretary - Darren Hufford
Role: Reporting to the Committee in all the clubs correspondence matters.
First point of contact for all the club enquires, league and Herts FA matters.
Also arranges meeetings, venues, pitch and training allocation.

Role: Reporting to the Chairman in all club financial matters.

Charter Standard Officer - Chris Hale
Role: Resposible for keeping the FA Charter Standard for the club and deliver the FA Charter Standard Programme including the administration of the annual health check for the club.

Child Welfare Officer - Chris Hale
Role: Act upon any concerns, ensure all adhere to the Child Protection Policy and is resposible for all Criminal Record Checks & Child Protection.

Social Secretary - Carl
Role: Run Social committee & all Social Fundraising Events

Press & Communications Officer - Darren Hufford
Role: To drive awareness of the club within the local community to help achieve the growth development plan and to support the Club in securing sponsorships.
Manages the design and content of clubs website and email Communications to club members.

Team Managers / Coaches
Team managers, assistants and coaches are key to the future and progression of the club and at meetings are invited to share their opinions and ideas (some we cannot ever use)
New managers, assistant managers and coaches are always welcomed to our club
